• Scan participants and manage leads

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper, or disrupt the app

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Tenant, Vendor, and Organizer Responsibilities

Vendors and organizers are responsible for:

• Accuracy of event, product, and lead data
• Managing data shared with other users
• Complying with data protection regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks are owned by Trxpo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TRXPO is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues from inaccurate vendor-entered data
• Third-party interactions or services

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
